the staff was helpful. the reception staff helped me get a cab early in the morning. the air conditioning worked perfectly.

i stayed in a double or twin room and found it clean. the air conditioning worked great and kept the room cool. the staff efficiently arranged a taxi for me to the airport it was very helpful. breakfast and coffee were also nice each morning, a very nice way to start each day.
the shower was small i had some difficulty washing my hair comfortably. it was manageable, but a larger shower would have been better. also there was no bar, i bought a bottle opener to open drinks from outside bars.

The hotel provided amazing value, especially considering the price. The room was spacious and had a pleasant balcony. The staff was very accommodating. They allowed an early check-in upon arrival from the ferry terminal, which I deeply appreciated. I stored luggage after checkout, useful.
The shower lacked water pressure, and the shower space seemed small.

The hotel has a great location for transportation. It sits between two railway stations, and there are many bus stops nearby. I found this to be convenient for my travels around the area.

The staff demonstrated very nice friendliness and approachability. I received helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and tourist information from the staff, greatly improving my experience. The breakfast service was very good too, with all my needs met.

The room i had, a double or twin room, was smaller than i expected. Space was definitely limited. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult. also, the shower was quite small. it felt a bit cramped
